Description
The 50 LPH RO Plant is a compact and efficient Reverse Osmosis water treatment system designed to purify water by reducing dissolved impurities, suspended particles, sediments, and other unwanted contaminants. With a purification capacity of 50 litres per hour, it is suitable for applications requiring a consistent supply of purified water.
The system can incorporate multiple filtration stages, including sediment filtration, activated carbon filtration, micron filtration, and Reverse Osmosis membrane filtration. These stages work together to provide effective pre-treatment and purification of incoming water.
The RO membrane is the main purification stage and helps reduce dissolved solids, salts, and other contaminants that may remain after conventional filtration. Depending on the application, purified water can be stored in a suitable tank or supplied directly to the point of use.
The 50 LPH RO Plant can be designed and customized based on raw water quality, TDS level, required recovery rate, operating pressure, storage capacity, and application requirements. Additional pre-treatment systems such as multimedia filters, activated carbon filters, or water softeners can also be integrated when required.

How 50 LPH RO Plant Works
Raw water enters the system through the pre-treatment stages, where sediments, dirt, suspended particles, and other physical impurities are reduced. Activated carbon filtration can help reduce chlorine, unwanted taste, and odour.
The pre-treated water then passes through the Reverse Osmosis membrane, which helps reduce dissolved solids, salts, and other dissolved contaminants. The purified water is collected in a storage tank or supplied to the required point of use, depending on the system configuration.
The RO reject water can be discharged or managed through a suitable recovery and reject-water arrangement based on the plant design.
